Abstract
We experienced 2 cases of acute renal failure caused by bee sting. The first case was of a 10 year old boy, treated for bee sting by conventional method with antihistamines and steroid who fell into acute renal failure which resolved after peritoneal dialysis. The second case was a 8 year old boy with the same symptoms and received the same treatment but who expired. We report these cases together with brief review of literatures.
