| Abstract |
|
To investigate effects of renal transplantation on the left ventricular function, M-mode echocardiographic studies and measurement of systolic time intervals were performed in 20 renol transplanted patients. Compared to perenal transplantation state, there revealed significant reduction of ventricular volume and some decrease of cardiac mass after renal transplanta- tion. In systolic time interval measurement, improvement of cardiac function was manifestated by decreasement of PEP/LEVT ratio. |
