원발성 (原發性) 유전분증 (類澱粉症) ( 1예 보고 (例報告) )

Abstract

A case of a 53 year old woman who was found to have primary amyloidosis is reported. She was presented with nephrotic syndrome without peculiar diagnostic features though immunoelectrophoresis of urine exhibited Bence Jones protein. Only morphological patterns of renal and rectal biopsy specimens were characteristic in this case. She is still alive at the time of writing for 2 years after onset with symptomatic treatment.
