| Abstract |
|
A 13-year-old boy was admitted to our hospital complaining of anemia and cafh-au-lait spot. The patient had a history of neurofibromatosis. He was manifested multiple cafh-au-lait spots on the trunk and mass in the lower back and scrotum. Lower aMominal ultrasonography showed markedly en- larged prostate and diffuse and nodular thickening of bladder wall. Enhanced CT scans showed diffuse and nodular wall thickening of bladder, markedly enlarged prostate and nodular and streaky soft tissue densities around bulb of penis. Skin and prosrare biopsy findings were comparible with neurofibroma pathologically. We report a case of neurofibromatosis involving the penis, bladder and prostate. |
