신이식직후 용혈성 요독증후군과 이식신 기능부전을 초래한 이식신 신우신염

Abstract

We report herein a case of hemolytic uremic syndrome and transplant pyelonephritis caused by Pseudomonas species, which caused allograft dysfunction immediately after renal transplantation. Treatment with antibiotics led to a dramatic improvement of allograft function.
