혈액투석 및 지속성 복막투석 환자에서 Carumonam ( AMA - 1080 ) 의 약동학 변화에 관한 연구

Abstract
To assess the clinical utility and reliabliity of glomer- ular filtration rate measured by Russells plasma clear- ence method of radionuclide, 75 subjects (63 patients and 12 normal volunteers) were studied by Russells "Tc- DTPA single injection single sampling, single injection two sampling plasma clearence method and creatinine clearence. The results were as follows: 1) Correlation between Russells single injection two sample method and creatinine clearence was y=0.89X+ 0.39 (r=0.78, p<0.001). 2) Correlation between creatinine clearence and Rus- sell's single injection single sample method was y=0. 67X+16.79 (r=0.81, p<0.001). 3) Correlation between Russells two sample method and single sample method was y=1.23X - 18.8 (r=0.93, p < 0.001). 4) Within the range of GFR 25 ml/min and 125 ml/ min, the correlation between Russells single sample and two sample method was excellent (r=0.96, p<0.001). 5) Percent variation of Russells two sample method was lower than creatinine clearence, significantly. With the results above we think that Russells single injection two sample radionuclide plasma clearence method is more accurate and useful technique to mea- sure glomerulr filtration rate than creatinine clearence and we can use single sample method for the measure- ment of GFR within the range of GFR 25 ml/min and 125 ml/min.
