당뇨병과 동반한 기종성 신우신염 1예

Abstract

Emphysematous pyelonephritis can occur in diabetic patients or in patients with obstructive uropathy. It is a form of pyelonephritis with specific gas formation in renal parenchyme or its surrounding structure. It is a rare disease with high motality. We experienced a case of emphysematous pyelonephritis which occurred in 61 -year-old woman, We now report this patient with a brief reviw of the previous literature.
