| Abstract |

We experienced a case of Alport syndrome with the complaint of persistent microscopic hematuria in a -year-girl. The diagnosis was based on the presence of micro- scopic hematuria cases on the pedigree of patients maternal site and characteristic electron microscopic findings of the renal tissue obtained by percutaneous renal biopsy.There were, however, no abnormal findings on audio- gram and ophthalmologic examinations. A brief review of related literatures was also made. |
