Heparin 장기투여로 인한 Hyperkalemia 발생 1예

Abstract

A 44-year-old male developed hyperkalemia while receiving heparin during hemodialysis for chronic renal failure. Discontinuation of heparin led to resolution of hyperkalemia. Chronic renal failure may have predisposed this patient to the development of hyperkalemia when he- parin therapy suppressed aldosterone synthesis.
