Both the horseshoe kidney and adult polycystic 'kidney diseases are rare developmental anomalies. .And that it is most unusual to have these two con- genital disorders simultaneously in the same patient. Scattered cases of polycystic horseshoe kidney disease have been reported in world literature but not in .Korean literature. We are reporting a very unusual polycystic-horses- hoe kidney which was diagnosed in a 73-year-old :female patient by means of retrograde pyelography, altrasonography, and computed tomography. |
